In collaboration with Lupulone, our Vienna Lager was brewed to showcase local ingredients!
We used malts from the Innomalt Inc. malting plant, Bastien hops and yeast from Le Labo – Solutions Brassicoles
The result is a red beer with orange reflections, toasted bread and cereal flavours, light caramel notes and a spicy side brought by the hops. The finish is very dry, making it a thirst-quenching beer!
