Mixed fermentation beer combining a Belgian-inspired quadrupel and Petite Perle grape marc from Domaine Le Grand St-Charles in Saint-Paul-D’Abbotsford. Refined in American oak barrels for ten months then macerated in stainless steel vats on grape marc for three months. Natural fine bubbles, to drink chilled or room temperature.
