Brewed to celebrate the 350th anniversary of the city of Terrebonne, this beer highlights the flavors of wheat in reference to its use in the flour mill and bakery on Île-des-Moulins in the 19th century.
This golden colored blond beer has a beautiful lace of small bubbles. On the nose, the aromas of Cascade hops, grown in Terrebonne, blend with the sweet notes of wheat. This gives it a pleasant balance between the herbaceous and bread flavors.
