The product we offer is a Sweet Stout Café. We left our coffee to age in bourbon barrels to infuse its sweet flavors. Subsequently, this coffee was roasted, then added during maturation. This process gives the beer an olfactory profile focused on notes of dark chocolate, roasting and coffee. On the palate, the coffee takes the lead, supported by flavors of cocoa and coated by residual sugars, in harmony with roasted flavors.
